Type 90 Pellets are a hop product which is added to the kettle during wort boiling. Depending on the time of addition, it contributes to the desired bitterness of a beer as well as its characteristic hop aroma. 

Type 90 Pellets are also suitable for use in the cold section (“dry hopping”) to impart a pronounced hop aroma in beer. 

Type 90 Pellets have almost the same composition as leaf hops, but offer higher yields, consistent quality, improved storage stability and lower storage & transport costs.

Alpha acids*: 9-10% 

Beta acids*: 4-5% 

Hop oil*: 1.5-2 ml/100g
